This module provides for validation of addresses, credentials, duplicate checks, 497 reporting and a lot more. Details of some of the features of Lifeline ETC module are mentioned below:
Authentication of name, date of birth and social security number: The lifeline ETC module of our telecom billing service performs an originality check of the subscriber by asking him/her social security number, date of birth and name. In case any of these credential mismatches with the reserved database, then the individual would not be allowed to run the application.
Identical Match: The module conducts a duplicity check of each subscriber, when the information is entered for the first time. If any of the information provided by a new subscriber matches with the information of existing customer, then the system can detect it and can cancel the application. Some of the areas on which such checks are performed include, name, DOB, social security number, name or the id of beneficiary, address, etc.
Verification of subscriber’s address: The lifeline ETC module of our billing system only processes valid addresses that are approved by United States Postal Services (USPS). Any agent/subscriber entering unknown address that is not available in the USPS database cannot proceed to the next level as the system will prompt unavailability of valid address. Once a valid address is entered, the system will provide you with an enrollment id and would prompt you to proceed to level 2. However, the system auto suggests addresses approved by USPS.
Eligibility check with state database: Connected with the vast online database of all major states, Vcare’s system is capable of performing eligibility check of a subscriber instantly during enrollment from the data available online. If the information provided by the applicant matches with the database, then a success message will be prompted by the system. In case the verification fails, the system will prompt to enter a valid address.
497 Reporting: The robust billing system possessed by Vcare also contains a detached module, which allows a telecom industry to prepare the monthly billing of their subscribers at the ease of a mouse click.
